McMaster University is recruiting participants for a research study to determine if a 1-day workshop designed to prevent postpartum depression (PPD) is effective.
You may be eligible to participate if you live in Ontario, are 18 years of age or older, in the third trimester of pregnancy, and are not currently depressed but have had a depressive episode in the past.

The workshops are 1-day long, based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and delivered online by trained professionals. Half of participants who enroll in the study will be invited to participate in a workshop.
All participants will receive $80 in gift cards for completing the study.
