Craving Change Daytime

The Craving Change Workshop can help you to reflect on why it is difficult to eat in a healthy way. You will determine personal, problematic eating triggers. You will learn a variety of strategies that you can experiment with to positively change your eating behaviours over the long-term.

Are you looking for an affordable way to get active and improve your health? Why not join our FREE Summer Walking Program at Gillies Lake.

Walking in a group is motivating and improves exercise compliance. Group exercise is a great way to be more physically active!

Benefits of walking include: Strengthening your heart and lungs, increasing energy and stamina, achieving and maintain a healthy weight, lowering blood pressure, improving cholesterol, controlling blood sugar, and feeling better

You do not need to sign up in advance; just show up with some comfortable walking shoes and be ready to move!
